Protection of personal data

In connection with the use of this Website, NH Law will process certain personal data about users. The personal data of visitors to the site are collected and processed when they apply via our contact form. We only collect the data from the curriculum vitae of the persons whose application is accepted, and this strictly within the framework of our recruitment needs. In accordance with the applicable regulations, the persons whose personal data are processed and collected have a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of their personal data, a right to limitation and a right to oppose their processing. Any visitor may exercise these rights by sending an electronic request to contact@nh-law.com or by post to NH Law AARPI, 101 avenue Raymond Poincaré, 75116 Paris, France, enclosing a copy of his or her identity card.

If, after having contacted us, the person concerned considers that the above-mentioned rights have not been respected or that the system put in place does not comply with the rules for the protection of personal data, he or she may submit a complaint online or by post to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés.

In addition, by browsing the NH Law website, each visitor accepts the use of cookies.
